Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our henna is a fresh, perishable, personal-care product, we're unable to offer standard returns or exchanges. Once a cone has left us we can't guarantee how it's been stored, and for hygiene and freshness reasons it can't be resold. This is standard practice for henna and other personal-care goods.

That said, we stand behind every cone. If something isn't right, we want to hear from you — and we'll work with you to make it right.

If your henna didn't release

Real henna develops slowly, and the final colour depends on your skin and your aftercare — please follow our free henna guide, the patch-test step and the 48-hour rule to get the deepest stain.

But if you've followed the guide and your paste genuinely failed to release any colour at all, that points to a product issue — and that's on us. Contact us within [7] days of delivery at hennabynoorasad@gmail.com with your order number and a couple of photos, and we'll help troubleshoot and put it right, usually with a replacement.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, leaking, faulty, or not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours at hennabynoorasad@gmail.com with photos and your order number, and we'll sort a replacement or refund.

What we're unable to accept

For health, hygiene and freshness reasons, we can't accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used henna cones or aftercare products
  • Sale items or gift cards

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law. Please note that the standard 14-day right to cancel may not apply to perishable goods or to sealed hygiene products once they've been opened — but your rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods always stand.

Refunds

Once we've approved a refund or replacement, we'll process it to your original payment method within [10] business days. It can take a little longer for your bank or card provider to post it. If more than [15] business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't received it, please get in touch.
