Shipping Policy

We want your henna to arrive fresh, fast and ready to use. Here's how we handle dispatch and delivery.

Processing time

All orders are hand-packed fresh and dispatched within [1–2] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Because our henna is a fresh, perishable product, we pack close to dispatch so it reaches you in the best condition. Orders placed after 4pm or over the weekend are processed the next business day.

During busy periods (Eid, wedding season, sales) dispatch may take a little longer — we'll always keep you updated.

Shipping (UK only)

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which typically arrives within 2–3 business days from dispatch.

Delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch, not the order date, and aren't guaranteed.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available). Please allow up to [24] hours for tracking to update.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

Once an order leaves us, delivery is handled by the carrier, and occasional delays can happen — especially during peak periods. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 4 business days of the estimate, contact us at hennabynoorasad@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can make it right (see our Returns & Refunds Policy).

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of order. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional postage may apply).
